Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant (Female) to manage daily office tasks, handle walk-in sales, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending walk-in customers and handling basic sales inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating records and data entry
  • Managing files and documents physically and digitally
  • Coordinating with team members as required
  • Basic administrative support and front desk responsibilities

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
  • Ability to manage records and multitask
  • Polite, professional, and well-presented personality

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
