Job Title: Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) Company: Qredit Infotech Solutions LLP • Responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote financial products. • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently. • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. • Provide accurate information about company offerings and resolve customer queries. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and documentation. • Ensure high-quality customer engagement to maximize conversions. • Manage inside sales operations for loan products across Pan India. • Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly. • Contribute to overall business growth through active participation in sales activities.
