Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote investment products and services. Understand client needs and provide suitable stock market/investment solutions. Explain complex financial products in a simple, engaging manner. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Keep updated with stock market trends, news, and regulatory changes. Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly telesales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing and investment research teams for campaign alignment. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in finance or investments. Strong knowledge of stock market basics, trading, investment instruments, and financial markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-experts. Target-driven with a persuasive and confident telephone manner. Basic understanding of compliance and risk in financial selling. Experience using CRM tools and call-tracking systems.
