A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound phone calls, promoting products or services, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
* Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
* Promote and explain products or services clearly
* Generate leads and convert them into sales
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM systems
* Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales
* Handle customer objections professionally
Requirements:
* High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
* Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred)
* Good communication and persuasion skills
* Ability to work under targets and pressure
