Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products or services, and closing sales deals to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Good command of [English/Hindi].
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Strong listening skills and customer focus.

Education:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
