Job Title: Telesales Executive Company: BlackBuck Logistics Location: Ambattur, Chennai About BlackBuck BlackBuck is one of India’s leading logistics companies, redefining the way trucks move goods across the country. We connect shippers and truck owners through technology, making freight simple, reliable, and efficient. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to clients to promote logistics services and maintain strong customer relationships. * Collect outstanding payments from clients in a professional and timely manner. * Coordinate with clients to arrange vehicle availability and manage load booking requirements. * Understand customer needs and provide the best logistics solutions. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payment updates. * Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, collections, and load arrangements. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM Sunday Fixed Off Key Skills Required: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory). Good communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently. Basic knowledge of logistics/transportation industry (preferred, not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Prior telesales or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
