𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧  Drive buyer and seller transactions by converting leads, handling customer queries, and pushing revenue growth during this semi-manual phase.. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Handle inbound leads (chat/WhatsApp/phone) and close sales with professionalism. Manage seller onboarding and educate them about the platform. Work on partnerships (shops, small dealers, influencers for referrals). Monitor KPIs: number of listings, deals closed, revenue generated. Assist customer support in initial days by handling buyer concerns. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 :  Graduate in Business/Marketing/Commerce (or equivalent). 1-3 years in sales/tele-sales/e-commerce sales. Strong communication skills (Hindi + Eng  mandatory, regional language Telugu bonus). Hustler mindset, target-driven character
