Job Description

Tez Pravesh

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound calls
from potential and existing hotel clients, resolving queries politely and professionally.
Conduct
outbound calls
to generate leads, explain product features, and convert prospects into customers.
Provide initial
product support
and guide clients about Tez Pravesh features.
Maintain a database of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Build strong relationships with hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in
Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support
(preferably in SaaS or hospitality industry).
Excellent
communication skills
in Hindi & English (fluency required).
Ability to manage pressure, handle objections, and close sales.
Strong listening skills with a customer-first approach.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations or hospitality domain will be a plus.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
