We’re looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our team and help us scale Tez Pravesh nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, guesthouses). Pitch Tez Pravesh to potential clients and demonstrate product benefits effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns. Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement based on client needs. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or IT services). Candidates with prior sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be given higher preference. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with decision-makers (hotel owners/managers). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork/client visits. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting potential clients, explaining our software products and services (like Tez Pravesh or Hotel Management Solutions ), generating leads, scheduling demos, and closing deals — while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and meet potential clients in assigned areas or regions. Explain product features and benefits to hotel owners, managers, or businesses. Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and follow-ups. Conduct product demos or presentations (in-person or online). Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM. Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management. Represent the company professionally at all client meetings and events. Required Skills & Qualities: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Good knowledge of sales process and client handling. Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude. Ability to travel locally as per business needs. Basic understanding of technology, SaaS, or software products (preferred). Qualification & Experience: Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or any field). Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, business development, or client relations.
