## **Key Responsibilities**
### **Sales & Lead Generation**
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in manufacturing, machining, and tooling industries.
* Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
* Promote mechanical components, automation products, tooling, and accessories for CNC/VMC machines.
* Maintain a high call volume and proactive lead-follow-up strategy.
### **Product Communication**
* Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers.
* Understand customer requirements related to CNC/VMC machinery, tooling, fixtures, automation setups, etc.
* Suggest suitable products/solutions based on applications and technical needs.
### **Customer Relationship Management**
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and coordinate with the technical and sales team for order processing.
* Follow up for payments, deliveries, and after-sales service coordination.
### **Reporting & Coordination**
* Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, leads, and sales.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Coordinate with field sales engineers, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
