Job Title: Flutter Developer (5-8 Years Experience) Location: Mohali (Onsite) ONLY Company: www.menew.in Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in developing Android and iOS applications using Flutter. Experience with Windows and desktop applications is a plus. The candidate must have a strong understanding of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and app deployment on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter. ● Build and deploy applications for Android and iOS platforms. ● Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. ● Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver a seamless user experience. ● Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. ● Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth performance. ● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. ● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Flutter developments. ● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. ● Implement third-party services and APIs. ● Work with version control systems like Git. Required Skills & Experience: ● 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart. ● Strong knowledge of Android and iOS app development. ● Experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. ● Understanding of mobile architectures, design patterns, and best practices. ● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for app integration. ● Experience with State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.). ● Good knowledge of SQLite, Firebase, or other cloud databases. ● Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. ● Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs. ● Knowledge of native development (Swift/Kotlin) is a plus. ● Good to have: Experience with Windows and desktop applications using Flutter.
