Telesales Executive

Job Description: You will be working as a Tele Sales Executive at Ayurdan Ayurveda Hospital in Pandalam. As an experienced professional with over 2 years of sales expertise, your role will involve reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into customers. Your target-driven and customer-focused approach will be key in achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. - Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services. - Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. - Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize campaigns. - Update CRM systems with lead status and follow-up notes. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of telesales or sales experience (B2C or B2B). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Confident, proactive, and self-motivated. - Basic computer and CRM software proficiency. - Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare, insurance, education, etc. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
