Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospects, presenting products and services effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Sales Techniques: Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Record Keeping: Document interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Reach out to leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and report on progress towards targets.
