Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive business growth.
  • Conduct B2B sales calls with potential clients to identify their needs and provide solutions using our company's products or services.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers by offering exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and upselling relevant products or services.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with busy executives.
