As a Telesales Executive at our company, your role will involve handling incoming calls and engaging with customers to discuss our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving calls from customers, particularly IndiaMART leads. - Providing detailed information about our products and addressing customer inquiries. - Following up with interested customers to drive sales conversion. - Maintaining call records and updating daily reports. - Collaborating with the sales team by sharing relevant inquiries. - Establishing and maintaining effective communication with customers.
