Job Title: Tele Caller – Real Estate (Fresher) Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller (Fresher) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. Training will be provided. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data Explain details of real estate projects (flats, plots, villas, pricing, location, offers) Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Follow up with interested clients and maintain good customer relationships Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Update customer information and call status in CRM or Excel Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets Required Skills & Qualifications:Fresher candidates are welcome Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate qualification Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred) Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, CRM is a plus) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to handle rejection and work with targets Working Conditions: Office-based job Day shift Fixed salary + incentives (performance-based) Preferred Candidate Profile:Female / (as per company requirement) Immediate joiners preferred Interest in sales and real estate industry
