About the job: As a telesales counselor at Counseling Shortcuts, a subsidiary brand of EGuruZy Learning Shortcuts Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and lead generation. Your strong sales skills and ability to negotiate will be essential in converting leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our learning shortcuts and services. 2. Utilize your interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs. 3. Generate leads through various channels and follow up on them to drive sales conversions. 4. Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. 5. Act as a problem solver for customers, addressing any concerns or issues they may have during the sales process. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and exceeding revenue goals. 7. Continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge to stay ahead in the competitive market. Maintain a friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus. 7. Preferably be a female candidate. 8. Preferably have Hindi as the first language. Criteria: 1. Willing to work 6 days a week. 2. Ready to work and join immediately. 3. Week-off fixed on Sundays only during the probation period. Mandatory requirements: 1. Maintain a proper work-from-home setup with a dedicated work desk. 2. Possess a working laptop/PC with a camera, mic, and headset. 3. Use a dedicated work SIM card for official use only. 4. Have a WiFi connection with a minimum 100 MBPS speed or a dongle. 5. Be comfortable with Microsoft products. 6. Ensure power backup availability. Schedule: 1. Day shift. 2.
