Job Description:

Hooqx is hiring a motivated and skilled Business Representative Executive for our office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in cold calling and excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi, along with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
• Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates must be from Kolkata or nearby areas.
