We are looking for a Senior Telecaller / AM-TeleSales to join our team at Dios Casa Flooring Pvt. Ltd.. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks to improve sales and customer data. The position offers ₹ 12500- ₹19500 + Incentive and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues Interaction/sales followup with dealer, distributors regular basis. Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments. Guide & support to junior telestaff. Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes. Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
