Role Objective

Drive top-of-funnel growth by executing outbound calling campaigns, qualifying prospects, and booking demos—while learning structured sales, CRM discipline, and real estate-tech fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)

KRA 1: Outbound Telecalling & Prospect Engagement

  • Execute daily outbound calls to Realtors, brokers, builders, lenders, and property managers
  • Deliver clear, compliant product pitch aligned with approved scripts
  • Handle basic objections and route qualified prospects for demos

KRA 2: Lead Qualification & CRM Hygiene

  • Qualify leads using defined criteria (role, geography, inventory, readiness)
  • Update call outcomes, notes, and next steps in CRM accurately and on time
  • Maintain clean data and follow-up schedules

KRA 3: Demo & Follow-up Coordination

  • Book demos/meetings for the sales team
  • Ensure reminders, confirmations, and no-show follow-ups
  • Support reactivation of warm/lost leads

KRA 4: Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Submit daily activity logs and weekly performance summaries
  • Participate in call reviews, coaching, and script optimization
  • Share market feedback and common objections
