Job Description

Responsibilities:

Acquire corporate clients and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Generate leads through telemarketing, inside sales, and outbound calling activities.
Contact potential clients for loan products related to the banking industry.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups for effective sales tracking.
Build rapport with prospects and provide basic product information as required.
Freshers who are confident in communication and eager to build a career in sales may also apply.

Required Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in telemarketing or inside sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable making outbound calls.
Female candidates preferred.
