Banking or Insurance domain

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking / insurance products (Loans, Credit Cards, Savings/Current Accounts, Insurance Policies, etc.)
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and eligibility criteria.
Generate high-quality leads and convert them to sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate information.
Follow up with customers and schedule meetings with the sales / relationship team.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle objections, queries, and customer concerns effectively.
Maintain compliance & adhere to company and RBI/IRDA guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in
Banking / Insurance telecalling or telesales
.
Strong communication skills in
English
Good negotiation, persuasion & customer handling skills.
Target-driven, disciplined & self-motivated.
