Telemarketer

• Outbound Calling:Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate leads.
• Inbound Calling:Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
• Customer Engagement:Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions or services.
• Sales & Lead Generation:Promoting products or services, handling objections, and converting prospects into customers.
• Data Management:Maintaining accurate records of calls, updating customer information, and documenting feedback in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
• Product Knowledge:Staying updated on product information and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Possessing excellent communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Problem-Solving:Addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to customer problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
