Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate direct phone calls to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the company.
• Prospect Research: Research potential clients and their needs to personalize the sales pitch.
• Product/Service Explanation: Clearly and persuasively explain the features and benefits of products or services to engage prospects.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Appointment Setting: Secure appointments for sales representatives to discuss further opportunities.
• CRM Management: Accurately record all call details, customer information, and outcomes in a CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and call targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
