Job Description

Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Inbound Call Handling: Addressing inquiries from existing or potential customers. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs. Lead Generation and Follow-up: Identifying potential leads and following up to convert them into customers. Data Management: Accurately recording details of calls and customer interactions. Meeting Targets: Meeting sales, lead generation, or customer interaction goals. Problem Solving: Resolving customer complaints and issues. Providing Support: Offering assistance to customers and answering their questions. Staying Updated: Keeping informed about product knowledge and industry trends. Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written. Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Persuasion and Influence: Ability to convince customers to take action. Active Listening: Ability to understand customer needs and concerns. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Organization: Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on leads Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 25/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
