Staying Updated: Keeping informed about product knowledge and industry trends. Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written. Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Persuasion and Influence: Ability to convince customers to take action. Active Listening: Ability to understand customer needs and concerns. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues.
