Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, answering their queries, and generating leads or sales. You should be able to communicate effectively and build a rapport with clients to maintain long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services. Handle inbound queries from interested clients. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details. Follow up on leads regularly. Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments. Maintain a positive attitude and handle customer objections professionally. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus). Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred.
