With locations in the UK, Kochi, and Alappuzha, we offer comprehensive services including Visa Processing, University and Course Selection, Test preparation, Career Counselling, and Scholarship Guidance. Our mission is to support students in achieving their dreams of a successful career in the UK, guiding them from course selection to internship placements. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients/students. Clearly explain services, programs, and offers in a professional manner. Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records. Follow up with leads on a timely basis to ensure conversions. Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries with patience and clarity. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service (education consultancy experience preferred). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory). Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport with clients. Strong listening skills with the ability to handle objections. Ability to work in UK shift timing (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST) . Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
