Telemarketer

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Telecaller to join our defence solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to sales inquiries, client support, and product information.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across India.

The role involves following up on leads, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate call records. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong understanding. Prior experience in sales or customer support is preferred. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
