Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Surat. As a Telemarketer at Awaken Jewels, you will connect with prospective customers to provide information about our jewelry collections and promote our brand values. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers over calls, scheduling appointments, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer interaction records. You will play a key role in nurturing relationships and driving sales through exceptional communication and service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building customer relationships
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively
• Experience in customer service and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
• Proven sales capabilities and the ability to achieve targets with a persuasive approach
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in relevant telecommunication tools and CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury products is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or business is a plus
