Telecommunications Delivery Executive

As a Delivery Executive at Red Hat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of critical growth Telecommunications customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for maximizing the value realized from Red Hat product subscriptions. Your main focus will be on delivering customer outcomes, enhancing customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and incremental sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide project and software portfolio management, ensuring successful customer engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the single point of contact for post sales activities with your customer(s). - Participate in presales activities, including answering RFP questions and engaging in proof of concept phases. - Work directly with Telco engineering on issue prioritization and lead a team responsible for support and service delivery. - Build strong customer relationships through governance and communication plans, managing Red Hat's role in product deployment and lifecycle management. - Manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies in collaboration with project managers. - Drive customer satisfaction, product absorption, and profitability through extensive interaction with customers and cross-functional teams. - Participate in key customer meetings and executive business reviews. - Address escalations related to product management, support, and service delivery. - Ensure customer profitability, revenue recognition, efficiency, and productivity. - Maintain relationships with key partners and drive success on multi-vendor solutions. - Collaborate with field-facing teams to ensure high-quality service and support delivery. - Build and maintain migration plans for customers to transition to Red Hat platforms. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of telecommunications experience. - 8+ years of experience in customer relationship or project management. - Experience with complex telecommunications networking and software development. - Understanding of NFV/SDN, mobile networking, and fixed networks. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology or related field. - Strong program management and leadership experience. - Experience leading diverse teams from different disciplines. - Strong continuous improvement and operational efficiency experience. - Passion for open source software and commitment to diversity.,
