Job Description:

Artelia Consulting Engineers (ACE), India, is seeking experienced Telecom/Communications Engineers for Construction Supervision Services for Data Centre projects located in Maharashtra. The role involves close coordination with international partners and ensuring that all telecom infrastructure and fit-out activities are executed in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect on-site telecom and communications installations during the data centre fit-out phase.
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements (Microsoft Telecoms standards).
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and IT teams to ensure proper integration of telecom infrastructure.
• Report progress, non-conformities, and issues to the project management team.
• Interface with client representatives, contractors, and consultants on-site.
• Review and validate drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation related to telecom systems.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in telecom system supervision, ideally in data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, BMS integration, IP-based communication systems, and data centre fit-out standards.
• Experience working with Tier-1 clients (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Marathi and/or Hindi language proficiency is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
