Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Telecom Trainer. The Telecom Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, customizing training materials, developing training programs, and evaluating trainee performance. The role includes delivering both theoretical and practical training in telecommunication technologies, maintaining training documentation, and continuously updating training content to align with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and technologies
• Experience in conducting training sessions and evaluating trainee performance
• Ability to develop and customize training materials and programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using training tools, software, and maintaining training documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification in training or telecom technologies is a plus
