Telecom Operations Compliance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in telecom-related laws, licenses, and guidelines. This includes staying updated on mandates, coordinating audits, filings, and managing relationships with regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will conduct telecom procurement, vendor management, data center operations, troubleshoot assets and infrastructure, handle issue resolution, develop SOPs, manage data reporting, collaborate cross-functionally, assist in audits, manage risks, and oversee admin tasks for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to telecom-related laws, licenses, and regulatory guidelines - Conduct end-to-end procurement of telecom resources and services - Oversee data center operations and ensure adherence to security standards - Develop and execute vendor management strategies - Manage technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance protocols - Handle operational queries, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest process improvements - Define, document, and suggest SOPs across functions - Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and monitor KPIs - Align operational strategies with business objectives and compliance standards - Assist in audits and contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives - Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships - Manage admin tasks for smooth daily operations Qualification Required: - Post Graduate degree, preferably MBA - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in backend operations, with exposure to telecom infrastructure and regulatory compliance - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT - Excellent communication and business partnering skills - Working knowledge of Telecom and TRAI - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Goal-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments - Strong analytical skills and numerical data management (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
