Telecom Operations Compliance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing telecom procurement and vendor relationships, overseeing data center operations, troubleshooting assets and infrastructure, handling ticketing and issue resolution, developing SOPs and processes, managing data and reporting, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting audits and cost optimization, mitigating risks, managing stakeholders, and overseeing admin tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to telecom-related laws, licenses, and regulatory guidelines, coordinate audits, filings, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies. - Conduct end-to-end procurement of telecom resources and services, ensure cost efficiency, SLA adherence, and compliance in vendor contracts, and develop vendor management strategies. - Oversee procurement and resource planning for data center infrastructure, monitor performance, identify optimization areas, and ensure adherence to security standards. - Develop and execute vendor management strategies, manage relationships with key vendors. - Manage technical troubleshooting, minimize downtime, and ensure preventive maintenance protocols for infrastructure. - Handle operational queries, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest process improvements. - Define, document, and suggest SOPs across functions, identify automation opportunities in operational processes. - Collect and analyze data to support decision-making, develop dashboards, reports, and monitor KPIs. - Align operational strategies with business objectives and compliance standards. - Assist in audits, contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives, identify risks, develop and implement mitigation strategies. - Interact with external stakeholders, manage relationships. - Manage admin tasks for smooth daily operations. Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate degree, MBA preferred. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in backend operations with exposure to telecom infrastructure and regulatory compliance. - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT. - Excellent communication and business partnering skills. - Working knowledge of Telecom and TRAI. - Strong networker and relationship builder. - Goal-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments. - Strong analytical skills and numerical data management.,
