Domain: Huawei RAN (Operations & Maintenance, FM, AM, Troubleshooting)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Huawei RAN Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and field-level troubleshooting. The trainer will deliver structured training sessions for telecom engineers working on Huawei Radio Access Network technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training on Huawei RAN Operations & Maintenance.
Train participants on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) workflows.
Conduct hands-on labs, simulations, and troubleshooting scenarios.
Explain Huawei RAN architecture, interfaces, parameters, and KPIs.
Guide engineers on alarm handling, fault resolution, log analysis & RCA.
Support assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
Provide SME-level technical clarity during virtual or classroom sessions.
Prepare/modify Huawei-specific training content if required.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong experience in Huawei RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) O&M.
Practical understanding of NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB features, configuration & health checks.
Expertise in:
- Alarm monitoring & troubleshooting
- Fault Management & escalation flows
- KPI analysis & RAN performance
- Parameter audit & optimization basics
Hands-on experience with Huawei tools (e.g., M2000/U2020/iManager, LMT).
Ability to simplify complex technical topics for trainees.
