Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telecom Engineering Advisor with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom engineering and administration, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for Mitel administration, VOIP issues, and ACD call tracking.
Administer the ACD call tracking boards for IT Help Desk, MaRC, SAC, and W2 Hotline.
Work on acquisitions to migrate employees onto the new Mitel system.
Offer 2/3 level support for all VOIP issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of telecom engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience with Mitel systems and administration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
