Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Associate II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and support, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and hardware systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and issues.
Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Analyze and report on customer feedback and metrics to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT services and support principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot multiple issues simultaneously.
Experience with technical support tools and software, including ticketing systems and help desk software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
