Job Description

Telecom Billing Solution Architect

Location-

Must Have-

10-15 years of experience in telecom billing, with a focus on solution architecture and design
Proficiency in billing systems, such as Amdocs, Oracle, or SAP, and experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or SQL
Experience with architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework
Strong understanding of telecom industry trends, regulations, and standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Must have Experience with microservices architecture, DevOps practices

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Solution Architecture: Design and develop comprehensive billing solutions that meet business requirements and regulatory standards
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and developed to meet business requirements
Requirements Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for billing systems
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of billing systems with other business systems, such as CRM, ERP, and payment gateways
Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to billing systems, working with development teams and vendors as needed
Quality Assurance: Ensure that billing solutions meet quality and functionality standards, through testing and validation
Stakeholder Management: Communicate solution architecture and design to stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors
