Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Collections / Debt Recovery Location: Mansarovar Jaipur Department: Collections / Recovery Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment reminders and overdue collections. Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and repayment options clearly to customers. Follow up on delinquent accounts and encourage timely payments. Negotiate payment commitments and update customer responses in the system. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment promises. Escalate difficult or non-responsive cases to senior collection officers. Ensure ethical and compliant recovery practices as per RBI and company guidelines. Coordinate with field collection teams when required. Achieve daily/monthly collection targets assigned by the management. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or debt recovery preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi and local language (English preferred). Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations calmly. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel). Target-oriented with good negotiation skills. Experience0–2 years experience in telecalling or loan collection.
