Industry Advisor Program

As an Industry Advisor, you will act as a key partner to our founding team, providing high-level guidance and helping us build bridges within the industry.

Your Strategic Contribution:

This role is designed to be highly flexible and respect your existing professional commitments. Your primary contributions will be:

• Network & Introductions:

   Leverage your professional network to facilitate 1-2 strategic introductions per month to key decision-makers (QC Heads, Operations VPs, etc.) at relevant companies.

• Strategic Guidance:

   Participate in a brief, 30-minute monthly call to provide expert feedback on our product roadmap, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

• Market Intelligence:

   Act as a sounding board, sharing insights on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities that will directly influence our company's direction.

The Ideal Advisor Profile:

We are looking for seasoned professionals who are recognized leaders in their field. You are likely:

• A well-regarded and deeply connected professional with 

  10+ years of experience

   in the Call Center, BPO, or contact center industry.
• Currently holding or have recently held a senior leadership position such as 

  Head of Quality, Quality Director, AVP/VP of Operations, or similar.

• Someone with a vast network of peers and contacts across the Indian BPO/contact center ecosystem.
• A strategic thinker who is passionate about innovation and improving industry standards.

• Currently employed in a senior role and looking for a prestigious, non-conflicting advisory position

   to lend your expertise to a growing startup.
