Role Overview:

Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Provide accurate banking-related information as per process guidelines.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Document call details and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Work in coordination with team leaders to meet service quality standards.

  • Good communication (V3 level) in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
