Manthra Innovations is a recognized leader in web design, digital marketing, and SEO, and is an authorized training centre of Kerala State Rutronix. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team, focusing on lead generation and promoting our training programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
• Provide information about our training programs and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and sessions for students.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and responses.
• Meet monthly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Tele Caller or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹8,409.25 - ₹15,980.47 per month
