Job Title: Telecalling Lead
Location: Nagerbazar, Kolkata
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Telecalling Lead with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in telecalling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, team handling ability, and a proven record of achieving calling/conversion targets. This role requires leading by example, motivating the team, and ensuring high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members to improve their communication and sales techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through call reviews and reporting.
• Handle escalation calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company calling standards and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller; prior experience in a team handling/lead role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting will be an added advantage.
• Graduate preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Weekly Off: Any 1 day in the week (except Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Holidays: Provided as compensatory off (Comp Off).
