Make outbound calls to potential property buyers from the provided database
Explain property listings, project details, pricing, and offers
Maintain call logs, update lead status in CRM, and follow up regularly
Schedule site visits or connect leads with the sales/closing team
Build rapport with prospects and answer general real estate queries
Coordinate with sales managers and support them in closures
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Confident phone handling with a professional tone
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn
Good follow-up skills, patience, and persistence
Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel/Google Sheets
Freshers, college students, or candidates looking to start a career in real estate sales
Prior telecalling/real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
