Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls and customer information. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to handle rejection and stress. Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
