Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive – Customer Support to join our in-office team. You will play a key role in handling incoming and outgoing calls, guiding users, resolving queries, and supporting clients. Female candidates are preferred, though the role is open to all qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to assist customers and property owners
• Explain FlatX services clearly and guide users through listing processes
• Handle queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email with a polite and helpful approach
• Follow up with leads and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain updated records in Google Sheets/CRM tools
• Coordinate with the support and technical teams when needed
• Build a trustworthy relationship with users and resolve issues on time

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred, but all may apply
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Friendly, patient, and persuasive tone on calls
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or voice process roles
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
