This is a no-target, non-sales role focused entirely on providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing information in a professional and courteous manner. Key ResponsibilitiesMake and receive calls to provide information, answer questions, and address customer concerns. Log all call details and customer interactions accurately in our system. Perform basic data entry and maintain simple records using Microsoft Excel. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude during all customer interactions. Communicate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively. Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum of 6 months of experience in a tele-calling or customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry purposes. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and empathize with customers. Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work from our office in Saket, Delhi. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
