Job Description

Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products/services. Pitch offerings effectively, explain features/benefits, and convert leads into sales. Identify customer needs, provide accurate product information, and address basic objections. Maintain detailed call logs, lead status, and follow-up records in the CRM. Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets. Escalate complex issues or high-value leads to the respective team when necessary.
