The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and acquire new customers for assigned loan products through open market activities, references, and branch leads. Conduct area and geography mapping, and maintain strong channel partner relationships. Explain product features, loan terms, and related documentation to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of numbers and value. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems. Handle customer objections and provide effective resolutions. Conduct loan utilization checks and ensure portfolio quality. Candidate RequirementsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may be considered for entry-level roles). Experience: Freshers eligible for entry-level loan sales. 1–2 years’ experience preferred for Gold Loan and Home Loan sales roles. Age: 18–35 years (up to 30 years for certain positions).
