Ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, especially in real estate, legal services, or sales. Key Responsibilities: Call prospective clients and explain the firm’s services clearly. Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls. Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Schedule meetings or consultations with senior advocates or consultants. Maintain a polite, professional tone and ensure customer satisfaction. Update daily reports and CRM data if required. Required Skills: Good verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, or English. Basic understanding of customer handling and telesales. Familiarity with mobile apps, CRM tools, or basic computer operations. Confidence, persistence, and goal-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Attend calls and has to do some system work.
